STEAK
Steak and roast beef rubs are seasoning blends applied to the surface of beef like roasts, brisket, steaks and burgers. These Premier Seasoning blends add flavor to beef, but do not tenderize.
Our dry rubs have been perfected through years of tasting by our restaurant customers, family and friends. Rubs can be applied just before cooking or up to 2 hours in advance and refrigerated until cooking time. Simply apply liberally to all surfaces before cooking to your desired doneness.
